Requesting a room at our Healthcare Hospitality House is easy! 

Just call (940) 764-2400 to speak to the on-duty manager.

Because we specialize in providing lodging to family members of individuals receiving medical care at United Regional hospital and elsewhere in Wichita Falls, we understand our current guests are not able to give us firm checkout dates. Consequently, we cannot guarantee a room in advance to a new guest.

However, a 5-minute phone call to our office will get your room request logged for the date / time you expect to arrive, and your request will be given priority as rooms become available. Upon your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short registration form and then given a brief orientation to our secure facility.

Guests are requested to check in before11:00 p.m. unless previous arrangements have been made for late arrival.

Rathgeber Hospitality House is a non-profit Healthcare Hospitality House that relies solely on donations.  A $40 minimum donation is requested per night per room.

We accept cash and all major credit / debit cards.
